Delete your account
How to permanently delete your Norethia account and data.

Delete in the app
Open the Norethia app and go to Settings → Delete account. Confirm the two prompts to permanently delete your account.
Can't access the app?
Email support@norethia.com with the subject line “Delete my account” from the email address on your account, and we will action your request within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes your saved products, saved routines, saved checks, and your profile and authentication data, along with the subscription status Norethia stores for your account. This cannot be undone.
Subscriptions are separate
Deleting your Norethia account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, you must cancel it separately through your Apple or Google account settings to stop future billing.
