Email support@norethia.com for help. Include the email on your Norethia account and a short description of the issue so we can help faster.

Account and sign-in help

If you cannot sign in, try resetting your password from the sign-in page first. If you still cannot access your account, contact support and include any error text shown on screen.

Premium and billing support

For website subscriptions, contact support@norethia.com with your billing email and issue details. For app subscriptions, manage cancellations and refunds through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.

Product and checker feedback

If a product is missing or a result looks wrong, send us the product name, full ingredient list (INCI), and a screenshot where possible. This helps us review and improve the checker database.

Data and deletion requests

To request deletion of your account and saved data, email support@norethia.com with the subject line “Delete my account”.
