Using Norethia
By using Norethia, you agree to these terms. You are responsible for using current product information, checking packaging where formulas may have changed, and making your own final product decisions.
Eligibility
Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use Norethia.
Not medical advice
Norethia provides educational skincare compatibility guidance only. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition.
Always patch test new products and check the packaging, formulas can change, and a compatibility check is not a guarantee of safety for your skin.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, using prescription treatments, or have allergies or an ongoing skin condition, speak to a clinician before making changes to your routine.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for the information you choose to save in your account. Do not misuse the service, attempt to interfere with it, or use it in a way that could harm other users or our systems.
Subscriptions and billing
Premium is a recurring subscription. If you subscribe on the website, checkout is processed by Stripe. If you subscribe in the app, billing is handled by Apple or Google with RevenueCat used for entitlement management. App-store renewals, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the relevant platform rules. For website billing support, contact support@norethia.com.
iOS app — Apple terms
When you download and use Norethia via the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple’s standard End User License Agreement (EULA). You can read Apple’s standard EULA at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
Third-party open data
Some product data is sourced from Open Beauty Facts (openbeautyfacts.org), contributed by the Open Beauty Facts community under the Open Database License (ODbL).
Open Beauty Facts data is kept separate from Norethia-reviewed product submissions.
Where Open Beauty Facts data is shown in Norethia, it remains identified by source. That data must be used with attribution and in line with the applicable ODbL terms.
Availability and changes
We may update features, rules, limits, and guidance as the product evolves. We may also suspend or remove access where reasonably necessary for security, legal, or operational reasons.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Norethia is provided “as is” without warranties of completeness, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. This does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
